Attorney Cho, as a certified public accountant, has represented major domestic accounting firms and their accountants in various civil, criminal, and administrative cases in accounting fraud cases involving Company D and Company S. Based on his accounting knowledge, he has also represented banks and securities firms in various financial litigation cases. Utilizing this work experience, he has participated in the commentary work on the External Audit of Stock Companies Act and published academic papers.

His main areas of practice include litigation related to finance and accounting, construction and real estate (civil, criminal, administrative litigation), and general advisory services. Attorney Cho also has experience providing advisory services in numerous real estate sales and development projects utilizing special purpose entities such as REITs.
